Recently I had a maintenance request and I was so pleased to have such a professional and job knowledgeable maintenance supervisor to take care of the problem himself and it doesn’t matter how small or large he took his time and finished quickly and expertly just saw a few things that could have gone unnoticed but his eye caught something I had not even noticed and said let me get a picture of that for the manager so I just felt in such good hands. Three Rivers is quick and expertly decisive.

I've been living at my unit for approaching 2 years. For the price, the size, and the sweetness that is both Jan and Carol, and the maintenance crew, you really can't beat it. The complex is dog friendly, with a fenced in dog park and poop stations everywhere. I plan to stay here until I've outgrown the space. Only minor negative is that parking can be a bit congested on weekends, but this isn't frequent nor all that problematic. I recommend this complex to literally EVERYONE (friends and decent humans), and will continue to do so.

I’ve lived here for 6 years now and I have very little complaints! The property manager is always welcoming, kind and attentive. Any concerns that I have are addressed immediately. I haven’t had any issues while living here and it’s pretty much quiet all of the time. I absolutely love Three Rivers and Ms. Jan!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The staff and the property manager are always there when you need them and are always friendly. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. The entire complex has excellent upkeep and is always improving. The dog park is great for anyone with pets. The location is convenient to pretty much anywhere you need to go. I've never lived in a better complex/area! Neighbors usually stay a while, so if there's an opening you'll definitely want to come view the apartments while they're available!

This apartment complex has been by far the best I have ever lived! The staff are very friendly, accommodating and expedient with work orders. The cemented a patio on the side of my apartment so that I could display a huge variety of plants and flowers! I love it! It is so peaceful and quiet on my corner apartment and the interior is huge compared to other apartment complexes! When the flood came, they immediately came in to assess the damage and provide restoration services to eject the water and dry up the humidity! Love Jan and John! I recommend them to anybody who is looking for a place to call home!
